Customer Cancellation Policy

NOVASPECT EDUCATION COURSE CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 14 CALENDAR DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. If you provide 14 calendar days advanced cancelation notice, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel your enrollment for a course LESS THAN 14 CALENDAR DAYS in advance, you will be charged 50% tuition and only receive a 50% refund. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% tuition and no refund will be provided.
